Refund Policy
Our Analysis Guarantee
Before we deliver your report, our team reviews whether the comparable sales data supports a justification for reducing your assessed value by more than 10%. If it does not — for any reason — we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will be notified by email.
This guarantee exists because we only want to deliver a report that can actually help you. If the data doesn't support your case, we'd rather give you your money back.
No Refunds After Delivery
Because your report is a custom digital product prepared specifically for your property — using county comparable sales data pulled and analyzed for your address — all sales are final once the report is delivered to your email.
We cannot issue refunds because:
- Your report required significant research and analysis specific to your property
- Digital deliverables cannot be "returned"
- The county's decision on your appeal is independent of the quality of your report
What We Do Not Refund
- Reports that have been delivered, regardless of the outcome of your appeal
- Orders where the customer chose not to submit their appeal
- Orders where the county denied the appeal (this is the county's decision, not ours)
- Orders for properties outside Boulder County (these will be refunded before delivery)

How to Request a Review
If you believe there was an error in your report or that we failed to meet our stated guarantee, email us at [email protected] with your order details. We will review your case within 3 business days.
