The short version: If we can't find a justification for a 10%+ over-assessment, you get a full refund — automatically, before your report is delivered. Once your report is delivered, all sales are final.

Our Analysis Guarantee

Before we deliver your report, our team reviews whether the comparable sales data supports a justification for reducing your assessed value by more than 10%. If it does not — for any reason — we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will be notified by email.

This guarantee exists because we only want to deliver a report that can actually help you. If the data doesn't support your case, we'd rather give you your money back.

No Refunds After Delivery

Because your report is a custom digital product prepared specifically for your property — using county comparable sales data pulled and analyzed for your address — all sales are final once the report is delivered to your email.
